Inclusive leadership is the skill that makes diversity work. As AI changes how we work, the human side of leadership matters more than ever: what makes people feel they belong, and want to contribute? As copycat teams become diverse teams, group dynamics change, and leading them takes time, effort and sustained attention. This keynote makes it concrete: leadership is about daily behaviour, and the best leaders become community builders.
YOU ARE NOT THE NORM
GOAL: inspire all team members to work together across their differences
Super diversity is the norm in society, and everything that happens in society also happens at work: four generations, introverts and extraverts, different backgrounds and expertise, analytic and creative minds.... Every human being thinks they are the norm. It's the basic blind spot that blocks us from working together across our differences. This all-employee keynote starts from a simple idea. Diversity is having a seat at the table. Inclusion is having a voice. Belonging is having that voice heard. Only when we feel we belong can we develop our full potential. I will show you just how to do that on a daily basis.
FROM AGE TO LEVELS OF WISDOM
GOAL: navigate your 50+ workforce to their highest potential
Never before have so many people worked in the third quarter of their life, roughly from 50 to 75. In Belgium, the employment rate of 55 to 64-year-olds rose from 26.3% in 2000 to 61.5% in 2025. What if we look at this group as full of potential? What is the best is yet to come? This keynote shifts the view from age to levels of wisdom: more self-knowledge and resilience, more experience to share, more capacity to coach others. As AI takes over tasks, those human skills become more valuable, not less.
